It is a legal requirement, in sections 19 and 20 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, for a veterinary referral to be completed prior to an appointment. The prospective client can download a referral form from this website and it must be completed by yourself and the first opinion practice prior to the appointment.

Payment must be paid on the day of the treatment session, not before or after. Cheques are not accepted. If you would like your physiotherapy session to be paid by an insurance company, the treatment fee still has to be paid on the day and I will supply you with an invoice so a claim can be made for it to be reimbursed into your bank account.

There is a 24 hour cancellation notice for any appointment that has been made. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will incur a charge of £15.
